Job Title: Email Operations Associate
Reports to: Sr. Digital Operations Manager
Years of Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Ventura, CA

The Digital Operations group drives and delivers operational excellence, strategy, and process for the Global Marketing Team. This team builds the foundation for the Brand by reinforcing marketing with the tools, processes, and best practices to enable success. In this role, you will own and lead the email process for both product and lifecycle. You will be the communication hub and provide alignment and partnership between cross functional teams in a fast-paced and high energy environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute a seasonal email plan from gathering content to creative and production and delivery for deployment.Own and lead the email process
Assign, track, manage all tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
Plan milestones for delivery of assets to regional partners.
Communication hub to and from all category, production, creative during the active season.
Weekly status across all email projects.
Regular check-ins and prioritization with Digital Creative and Production Teams.
Route materials to stakeholders. Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials.
Collaborate with Operational leads on priority and timing for tasks and projects requiring shared resources from cross-functional, cross disciplined teams.
Continually communicate process to cross-functional partners to drive consistency.
As needed, assist in Brand and Digital marketing projects as assigned by supervisor.

Experience You Bring
1-3 years of experience in marketing/digital coordinator role or project management.
Proficiency in digital workflows from creative concept through file delivery.
Familiarity and experience with digital file formats, digital platform specifications and publishing.
Experience working with online project management and communication tools – including Click Up, Slack, and Dropbox.
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and in writing.
Ability to work with a variety of personality types and cultural backgrounds.
Capable of streamlining, improving and trouble-shooting process.
Hiring Range: $70,000 to $80,000
Pay Range: $67,849 to $113,190
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget.
