Based in the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum, you will be part of the Consumer Direct Marketing team in EMEA, which provides marketing excellence across One Nike Marketplace. This team exists to envisage the future of the marketplace and how we serve athletes (and loyal consumers) through it.
In your role, you will be part of the agile team that leads the work with our marketplace partners to build direct connections with our athletes* and loyal consumers. You will be working within the Partner Marketing team where you will lead the brand plans and integrated seasonal campaigns to drive Nike loyalty and point of distinction across our key strategic account partners.

What will you work on?
As part of the EMEA Consumer Direct Marketing and Nike Partner Marketing Team, you will work across Market Place Units (MPUs) that serve the sports performance marketplace, working directly with the relevant EMEA Consumer Direct Marketing Teams and Consumer Construct Marketing Teams.
In the role core responsibilities will include:
Create the holistic and integrated Nike Partner Marketing strategy as part of the overall MPU strategy and centralized operating model - with a sharp focus on innovation storytelling, Nike Membership partner consumer loyalty.
Drive and execute the seasonal and 365 storytelling by extending and bringing dimension to Nikes Consumer Construct/Gender strategies.
Manage the Nike experience within the partners ecosystem through an omni-channel approach and connecting it back into our own Nike channels.
Create a continuous communication program, building loyalty propositions that drive year-round Consumer/Member engagement.
Engage in the Consumer Code process to drive seasonal planning, closely partnering with the cross functional consumer constructs and MPU team, to drive alignment on seasonal priorities, KPIs, and hind sighting process.
Partner with MPUs Marketing Directors on budget allocation and management to drive your consumer marketing plans and priorities.
Gather structured and continuous consumer insights (KPIs) to allow us to better serve our (Nike Loyalist) consumer and feedback to the MPU, marketing functions and wider EMEA teams to help shape longer-term & seasonal concepts.
Develop deep relationships with the MPU team, the accounts marketing and buying teams to continue to understand the business, create opportunities and drive a collective vision.
Who will you work with?
In this role you will work fluidly across the MPU, CDM and Consumer Construct marketing teams and with cross functional stake-holders inside and outside the MPU to build, grow and nurture deep consumers connections for the Nike Members and loyal Nike consumer within our partners reach.
You will have strong collaboration with key partners within Consumer Construct and Consumer Direct Marketing teams as you will align & localize the marketing priorities for the MPU to serve the partners consumer in a more personal way, and at the same time you will need to maximize the business opportunities.
For the execution of the plans in a timely manner, you will need to develop strong relationships with marketing functions such as Creative, Catalyst Marketing & Sports Marketing, and collaborate with them closely on your seasonal plans. You will be expected to use best practices and knowledge of marketplace, consumer and trends and apply learnings to improve our marketing plans.
And you will of course build strong relationships with the Partner teams across their critical functions of Marketing and Buying and ensure clear ways of working and responsibilities within the Nike Consumer Code.
What you bring to Nike?

Essential requirements:
A minimum of 6 years experience in marketing, ideally with a strong focus on cross functional marketing, with good grasp on digital platforms and Loyalty strategies.
A demonstrable understanding of the consumer marketing, Nikes position within it, with experience of making strategic marketing decisions within this environment.
Prior experience in category and/or brand marketing, ability to define and serve the full spectrum of the consumer.A desire and willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers and organizations needs to deepen our relationships with members/loyal Nike consumers across all dimensions of sport lifestyle and performance.
A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through insight-led execution of cross-functional brand marketing campaigns
Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and organisations, aligned to Nikes strategic objective
Advantageous experience:
Proven experience in Loyalty/Member Marketing and Targeted Marketing
