At Nike, the EMEA Supply Chain Operations (Marketplace Operations (MPO)) team takes pride in serving the consumer in the connected marketplace whether they shop at one of our retail partners, in a Nike store or online. We are relentlessly elevating our strategy and driving improvement in our supply chain to reach a more premium service level for our consumer.

What are we looking for!
As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you always start with the consumer in mind. You will envision the future Digital Supply chain and lead improvement to meet the financial and operational targets of our Digital business while delivering on Nikes strategy.
In partnership with our MPO leads, NDDC operations, Planning, Logistics, and Technology teams, you will deliver innovative, responsible, and scalable improvements to better serve athletes*. You will transform how we run and operate our business by experimenting, developing, and implementing improvements at the speed of the business.

What you will work on?
Performance management: Drive Digital Supply Chain important metric improvements related to speed, reliability and consumer satisfaction by using descriptive and predictive analytics
Reporting: Perform standard KPI deep dives and root cause analysis, sharing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to leadership. Lead in-depth analysis on big impact issues and recommend long term solutions.
Project management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects as the MPO NDDC subject matter expert. Apply project management tools to find opportunities, define and follow-up on actions to optimize operational performance.
Storytelling and Influencing: Craft compelling communications that articulate the story and insights with a clear summary of the main ideas and recommendations. Develop high-impact cases to different initiatives, lead trade-off decisions and prioritization of them.
Partner Management: Collaborate with key cross-functional partners to nurture innovation, identify risks & opportunities on efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact within the organization and share best-practice methodologies.
Vision & Communication: Be the voice of our consumer across NDDC and supply chain teams, inspire change through transformation, influencing and presenting when making decisions, ensuring our work supports and aligns not only with our Digital Operations Strategy but also with the organizations vision.
Leadership: Prepare and lead key Supply Chain sessions with both internal and external Senior partners; share digital performance and recommend tailored actions to the business.
Consumer focus: Understand consumer needs and marketplace from available data, while being able to link plans to market trends. Awareness of product portfolio and strategy, including expectations around consumer response, growth opportunities and product lifecycle.
Analytics & Tools: Build and share dedicated Supply Chain reports with relevant partners (commercial and operational teams) and leverage both EMEA analytics and MPU performance dashboards to share insights.
Your ability to drive service and make the right decisions with regards to prioritization and critical issue will be necessary in this highly dynamic environment.

Who you will work with!
In a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the MPUs operational business needs. Within the MPU, you will partner closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Technology and Logistics teams plus external partners. This role has no direct reports.

What you bring?
Relevant, confirmed and proven experience within Supply Chain management and/or planning related functions, with a consumer and innovation approach. Wide and deep understanding of Supply Chain and general business knowledge.
Project management: Proven experience in leading medium to large sized cross-functional projects and using project management methodology.
Storytelling & Influencing: Strong written and verbal communicator, ability to translate complex supply chain issues into concise insights, sharing with senior leaders, bringing recommendations and facilitating decision making.
Partner management: Experience in developing excellent working relationships with key partners, bringing the right people together and facilitating leadership decisions.
Vision & Leadership: Ambition to lead change, and ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure and multinational teams.
Analytics: Experience in KPI management and root cause analysis using excel and/or Tableau & perform deep dive analysis. Translation large and complex data sets into business insights through visualization (graphs, tables). Experience with SQL is a plus.
ERP System experience (SAP is a plus).
