for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Design Team.
Candidates must be self motivated, creative, have the ability to work in a
fast paced environment, and capable of following direction set by the
Design Director. A strong graphic design skill set for projects such as,
Catalogs, Ad Campaigns, Web site/Social Media, Packaging, Retail P.O.P.,
are required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
One Industries, a progressive leader in action sports is currently looking
for a Senior Graphic Designer to
join our Marketing Design team. Candidates must be self motivated,
creative, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and capable
of following direction set by the Design Director. A strong graphic design
skill set for projects such as, Catalogs, Ad Campaigns, Wed site/social
media, Packaging, Retail P.O.P., are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research markets, trends, new printing/digital techniques and create
innovative marketing printables and digital web designs that appeal to
our target consumers globally.
Work closely with Marketing Design Director to meet deadlines and job
requirements.
Must be able to follow direction and execute effectively.
Create and present innovative ad campaign ideas, and catalog themes.
Maintain overall brand strategy through creative marketing design
solutions.
SMU design projects that require specific goals and deadlines.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong understanding of graphic design, color theory, typography, etc.
Knowledge of the Action Sports Industry.
Ability to handle overlapping projects and complete work within time line.
Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis in,
Photoshop, and InDesign.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within a team
environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent work ethic, time management and willingness to “do what it
takes” to get the job done when necessary.
Advanced understanding of print processes and digital design.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Applicants need to possess a bachelors degree in design and or 4+ years
of Graphic design experience.
