JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an effective, results-oriented GRAPHIC ARTIST/WEB DESIGNER with initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit, a history of results, and excellent people skills to join our team and be a part of a dynamic and creative work environment which allows for growth and autonomy.

The GRAPHIC ARTIST/ WEB DESIGNER will have well-rounded design experience encompassing print and electronic mediums. In addition, the ideal candidate will be a strong overall business communicator with the ability to quickly absorb and reflect business concepts in their design work.

A successful candidate must demonstrate that they can perform the following:
1. Create graphic designs for website and magazine advertisements and other outside online advertisements.
2. Work with Price Point’s Product Development, Marketing and Web Managers in implementing design options.
3. Research industry trends and consumer demographics to target key design elements for website and magazine advertisements.
4. Prepare several mock-up product designs to present to company decision makers on a daily basis.
5. Review and update current product images.
6. Assist in coordinating and expanding, maintaining and updating website.
7. Ensure consistency of design, layout and integrity of content across website.
8. Work applications such as Flash and/or Dreamweaver (CS4 or higher on a Mac).
9. Ensure that content, links, and data flow processes are displayed in a manner that is accessible to customers and is logically, correct, and artfully appealing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Adobe CS4 or higher on a Mac.
- Proficient in Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, SQL, HTML, and Java.
- Proficient on both Mac and PC platforms preferred.
- Experience in web platform servers (IIS, etc.) and technologies such as FTP.
- Working knowledge of formats and compression techniques for media delivery.
- Knowledge of printing techniques.
- Knowledge in Pantone colorways.
- Up to date on current trends and influential designs.
- Ability to multi-task, schedule and meet deadlines.
- Team player, organized and excellent follow-up skills.
- Neat, professional and an eye for detail.
- Experienced in digital photography and video.
- Ideally experienced in 3D CAD software applied to product designs.
- Cycling industry a plus
- 5+ years experience BA a plus.
