The Rome Snowboard Design Syndicate is looking for a snowboarder who is experienced in the marketing projects such as web content, events, and in-store merchandising, as well as writing marketing content. The person should have the ability to use his/her understanding of snowboarding to create marketing content that reinforces and builds the Rome brand.

As a member of a highly interactive group environment, the candidate should possess the ability to both provide honest, professional recommendations, as well as seek out constructive criticism. Furthermore, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments at the same time is a must. The candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

The candidate will specifically be responsible for managing the following projects (among other things):

• Copy Writing
• Web marketing
• Event management

• Merchandising/Tradeshow
o In-store POP
o Tradeshow
o On-Snow
• PR Campaign

Qualification Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Bachelors Degree
• Two to three years marketing experience in action sports (snowboarding skateboarding surfing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office basic ability in Photoshop, Illustrator a plus
• Experience-based understanding of snowboarding and snowboard history
