Territory: All areas north of Goleta, CA to the OR border, and east to NV (Lake Tahoe area Las Vegas is not included).
Compensation: Commission-based
Alpinestars offers 4 seasons annually with a complete & diverse range of cut & sew products in all apparel categories except footwear and technical outerwear. You will report directly to National Sales Manager and hit quarterly sales goals. We are looking for road warriors, hungry for opportunity with an evolving brand. Focus on opening new business and nurturing the needs of existing account base.
Ideal candidate will have built relationships with retail channels primarily based in action sports (core shops in all categories--Surf, Wake, Moto/BMX, Skate, Snow, and ‘lifestyle’). Fashion/Lifestyle/Contemporary relationships are also preferred. Mandatory 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within apparel/footwear/accessories divisions. Merchandising experience is helpful.
Candidate must be a licensed CA driver in good standing and able to perform the duties of outside sales. Minor lifting and merchandising effort needed to support retailers. Trade show and annual sales meeting attendance is required.
