Job Description:
As an independent sales representative for Tum Yeto, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customers in your territory in addition to generating new customer accounts. Driving, lots of driving. Candidates must be self motivated, organized and possess strong selling and presentation skills. Oh, did I mention driving?

Responsibilities:
- Maintain current accounts while expanding our account base and increasing sales in your territory.
- In store visits (also known as driving), Inventory count and fill, line presentations and order writing on a monthly basis.
- Maintain proper distribution and increase TUM YETO brands awareness in your territory.
- Maintain and manage order follow up and back order tracking to ensure complete shipping.
- Manage account base to ensure customer satisfaction.
- In store product knowledge clinics and merchandising to assure product sell through.
- Present product at Regional and National shows.

Qualifications:
- Previous outside sales rep experience is required and a willingness to travel a must.
- Experience and knowledge of the Footwear and Skateboard industry and its quirks.
- Currently carrying other lines in the skate, surf or snow industry.
- Must live in and have buyer relationships within the territory
- Proven ability to sell and grow sales in territory.
- Highly organized.
- Driven to excel.
- Must be willing and able to travel your territory
- Must own reliable transportation
