Bad Boy Brands is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the team in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities Include:
• Liaison to manufactures/licensees regarding product approvals.
• Assisting to develop new print/digital advertising.
• Gathering and creating new creative assets.
• Developing web banners.
• Updating/Maintaining brand website and social media sites.
• Packaging design.
• POP design.
• Product Development Assistance.
• Sales materials, brochures, presentation support graphics.
• Assisting with photo shoots/athlete events.

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge of all design related programs and languages on MAC including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Light Room and InDesign.
• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks is helpful but not necessary.
• Must have a professional demeanor with ability to effectively communicate creative strategy and concepts to both internal and external audiences.
• Must be highly creative, organized and have ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic. Ability to complete projects on time.
• Must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and be a proactive team player.
• Experience using a Graphic User Interface. System, Magento, Drupal or Media Box a plus.
• Knowledge of trends and influencing design is a plus.
• Interest in action sports, MMA or fashion is helpful.
