OluKai is currently recruiting a Sales Operations Manager for our Specialty/Core Accounts.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:

• Deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information to all director’s/management and sales reps on weekly/monthly basis
• Track, analyze and report sales results: both sell-in and sell-thru. Create sell thru analysis programs and improve response times to achieving in-season sales goals
• Be the single point of contact for reporting weekly/monthly on revenue plan to actual
• Prepare reports for Staff meetings and BOD meetings to answer to the state of the business
• Work with NSM to establish and maintain sales quotas and compensation plans
• Outline department policies/procedures and communicate them to the Sales Team
• Development and management of rep portal, training and communication
• Manage communication vehicles including newsletters, feedback survey and recognition programs.
• Manage rep and vendor contracts
• Assist with sales programs
• Assist with annual sales meetings and all tradeshows
• Travel to sales territories and tradeshows as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
• Demonstrated skill in business planning
• Proficient in retail math and sales analytics
• Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports for all levels of staff
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership skills
• Highly organized and detail-orientated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaborative skills
• Meeting management and group process facilitation skills
• Customer focused

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree desirable.
• 3-5 years experience in sales in the footwear industry. Core and Specialty experience a plus.
• Successful track record of working with upper management.
• Experience working with Full Circle a plus. Advanced Excel including pivot table expertise a must.
