Stussy, located in Irvine, Calif. is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Rep.
Job Description (include but are not limited to):
• Act as a brand representative and cultivate a professional relationship with online customers by communicating effectively in both verbal and written format regarding Stussy products, promotional programs, return procedures, and other company policies.
• Answer all calls, emails and online ‘chats’ related to Stussy.com. Including but not limited to: general questions warranties, store policies, locating stores, and products.
• Ability to update and manage a shared “ticketing” customer service system.
• Process and follow up on claims with FedEx for customers that did not receive their packages.
• Process returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Research programs, historical documentation, catalogs, etc. to successfully comply with consumer requests and resolve consumer complaints.
• Respond to a variety of consumer inquiries resolve questions, and direct consumers to the appropriate resolution channel when needed.
• Ability to engage customer for up sell possibility.
• Process all warranty related replacement orders for consumers.
• Report recurring and potential customer complaints/problems to Stussy Management with recommendations on how to be proactive in their future prevention.
• Assist in the development of procedures and reports to document consumer inquiries and comments and provide information to Stussy organization about consumer needs and preferences.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive can do attitude.
• Ability to perform all duties in an accurate, timely and professional manner within the guidelines of company procedures and policies, while maintaining a flexible approach at resolving consumer requests, attention to detail a must.
• Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to work with difficult consumers and/or situations.
• Works independently in a proactive manner to resolve issues before they reach crisis proportions and effective problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and the willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with a good understanding of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access.
• Knowledge of Full Circle and Magento preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on heavy phone and email interaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Two-year customer service experience.
• Basic retail sales experience.
