We are looking for 2 new Customer Service Reps to join our fast growing trims/accessories company in Costa Mesa, CA. Our company offices and distribution centers are located in Costa Mesa, Hong Kong and China. Ideal candidate should posses apparel industry working experience (highly desired but not required.) A strong customer service background is a must. The ideal candidate will be expected to use their skill set to make contributions and suggest improvements. Looking for a dedicated performance-driven individual that takes pride in the contributions he/she makes in the company’s continued growth and success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Very strong attention to detail
• Creative problem solving abilities
• Hard work ethic and eager to learn
• Self motivated
• Ability to multi-task and to prioritize (strong organizational skills)
• Excellent communications skills (strong Outlook proficiency)
• Experience working with MAC computers a plus
• Some understanding of Logistics
