Customer Service Representative
At OluKai, we want our name to be synonymous with Superior Customer Service. We are seeking a enthusiastic Customer Service Rep that has the experience, know-how and drive to help us attain this vision.
Responsibilities:
• Enter orders / reorders / order maintenance / order adjustments/prepare invoices/return authorization and credit memos
• Return all phone calls within 24 hours
• Track lost shipments
• Communicates daily with buyers by phone, fax, and e-mail regarding orders, product availability, shipments, extensions, and returns
• Runs and reviews open order file for all Accounts POs and bulk orders
• Works well in a team environment.
• Works with the Sales Reps to ensure the account receives the best customer service possible
• Proactively anticipate customer’s needs and provide solutions
• Provide information on product line and demonstrate our commitment to customer service by following up on order requests and ensuring superior results
• Gather new account information from Sales Reps, assist with credit approval and preparation of new account files
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ideal candidate has extensive customer service experience dealing with major accounts
- Full Circle experience a plus
- Trade show/ Sales meeting attendance (when needed).
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with footwear sales/customer service is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
