Objective:
Establish goals for the sales of TGR merchandise, including all TGR films,
clothing line and accessories. Develop a system of contacting retailers to
offer them the TGR line and provide the retailer with the assistance to
help them move our products. Work closely with the finance and
marketing departments to develop appropriate advertising, catalogs and
budgets for the sales department.
Essential Job Duties
1. Direct all wholesale sales efforts with our third party partners
2. Make all sales contacts with current retailers and continue to grow the
retail base through sales calls
3. Manage the TGR online store.
4. Handle all customer inquiries and service related questions.
5. Work directly with Marketing Director to coordinate advertising,
clothing line and sales efforts
6. Develop and monitor all related budgets
7. Manage all stock footage sales
8. Report to Managagement weekly sales efforts
Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years in a sales, advertising and/or public relations
experience, preferably for a action sports-related company.
2. Proven skills in sales, planning, time management, prioritization,
problem solving, decision making and communication - both written and
verbal. Acute attention to detail is also imperative.
3. Willing to make numerous daily phone calls to properly service and
grow sales
4. Highly motivated, flexible, self-directed and outgoing personality
5. Negotiation skills.
6. Willing to work weekends and/or long hours
7. Fully proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook and Photoshop.
8. Experience with Illustrator and other graphic design programs a bonus.
9. Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard
10. Participation in youth culture and action sports. (preferably in the
snow sports arena)
