In this important role, you will be an integral part of the web design team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned flash designer with an extreme drive and ambition to take your creative career to the next level. Essential Job Functions:

• Work closely with the web design team to animate and produce cutting edge creative solutions using the latest flash technologies and techniques.
• Apply your adaptable, flexible, visual style, and knowledge of the action sports lifestyle and fashion to produce flash product experiences, online promotions and related assets.
• Quickly and efficiently generate and present creative ideas
• Design and produce a variety on online assets from flash animated ad units using basic Actionscript to large scale seasonal micro-sites integrated with XML, PHP, javascript, jquery, or other complementary technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in flash design, motion graphics, and Actionscript
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines while working efficiently and on time
• Basic understanding of XML and PHP
• Knowledge of latest web technologies and trends
• Pay great attention to detail and be an organized team player
• After Effects and video editing a plus
