Utopia is searching for Sales Reps in all states.

Utopia is looking for independent sales
representatives to develop and build sales in all
territories in the US.

We are looking for an individual or agency that
resides within the territory, with experience in action
sports and / or motocross channels. This is great time
to join the team with all new styles of eye wear and
goggles launching now!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop territory and customer strategies to drive
growth within moto / action and lifestyle channels of
distribution.

- Prepare, plan and deliver persuasive sales and
product presentations.

- Manage in-store positioning of product and POP
materials to drive strong brand performance.

- Plan and analyze business to optimize sell-in, sell-
through and profitability.

- Build and develop business relationships with all key
customers / major accounts.

- Effectively open new accounts while maintaining and
growing existing business.

- Ability to travel the territory, visiting and maintaining
accounts, pioneering new business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3-5 years sales experience as an
independent sales rep in Moto / Action Sports

- Ability to forecast business for upcoming seasons

- A consistent track record of exceeding goals and
meeting deadlines

- Exceptional communication skills

- Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills,
follow through and problem solving

- Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge with
Excel
