Summary of Qualifications:
Senior level product line management in all facets of the merchandising process for NSS and Nice brands.
Summary of Duties:
·Lead the development of market-right and brand-right fashion-forward footwear product.
·Research and analyze product, consumer and competitive trends in the marketplace.
·Spend time with distributors when necessary.
·Conduct analysis of the current business, including bookings and sell-through by age/gender/size and color.
·Manage line planning, pricing and product creation process for the complete product line, including silhouette/style/color plan, sizing strategy, flow plan, wholesale and suggested retail pricing strategies and gross pricing margin targets.
·Plan style/SKU level to optimize productivity and ensure minimum raw material quantities can be met.
Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising or a related field
·5 years relevant experience in product-related roles.
Requirements:
·Strong presentation skills
·Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills
·Strong written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to travel 50% of the time, including Internationally
