Do you have any experience with experiential marketing? If so, what was your role?
Field Scout is an agency that produces brand experiences in the natural world. We’re an ideas machine with executional horsepower. We thrive in the wild. We provide experiential marketing vision and strategy, specialize in brand road shows and tours supported by product and lifestyle Field Representatives, build brand partnerships and collaborations, and create engaging influencer-led social media content.
Field Scout is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience (preferably management of field crews/employees, creative assets, fabrication projects, and/or freelancers and vendors)
• Experience with product manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes a plus
• Possess extraordinary attention to detail, follow-through, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet sometimes concurrent deadlines
• Strong communicator (both verbal and written) with great interpersonal skills; a team player
• Outgoing, highly energetic, and love to travel
• Passionate about outdoor recreation and nontraditional marketing
• Willing and able to work nontraditional business hours
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (acceptable to our insurance carrier for inclusion on our coverage); experience driving a school bus, large vehicle, RV, truck, and/or trailer a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform duties in wide variations in temperature, perform repetitious movements, climb a ladder and stairs, walk, lift, stoop, sit and/or stand for long periods of time
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage all planning, budget forecasting, and execution of projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and against initial goals
• Strive to proactively—and with positivity and composure—collaborate and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively present and communicate your team’s work, ideas, and progress, both internally and to clients, providing timely updates and securing approvals; previous client-facing experience is a plus
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of creative assets, adhering to brand standards and guidelines
• Able to manage project budgets and execute basic arithmetic (including percentages); Excel capability is a must
