Job Description
* Direct sales responsibility for specialty stores
* Responsible for both maintaining existing accounts and opening new accounts
* Managing open-to-buy and profitability
* Must achieve and surpass all sales goals and initiatives

Job Requirements:
• Must have 2 years minimum swim sales experience with Specialty/Surf Stores
• Retail math helpful but will train. Must have strong sales planning skills
• Travel required
• References required
