We have an awesome opportunity as a Marketing Manager at Mountain Creek, NJ! Here's the deal on the job, it includes (but not limited to): Support of resort commercial partnerships, applying experience, market knowledge and innovation to events, partnership & sponsorship solicitation and execution, partner promotions, and on-site and in-market marketing collateral. This position is also a key collaborative player in on-line and social media, video, photo, communications and story-telling. Writing for collateral, advertising and PR a significant element of this position. This position manages trains and coaches the Marketing team and works with other departments to align plan to execution.

Do you have?

-A minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing generalist role
-Demonstrated experience in an event/partnership/production environment,
-Active/current skier or snowboarder
-Management experience leading teams
-Understanding of basic accounting principles
-Well versed in online marketing/eComm, internet communications, social media
-Experience in the action sports industry
-Proven writer in various formats (will need be provide a copy of your published writing)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
