Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager strategizes and implements all marketing communication consistent with brand image. Builds creative and promotional programs for Ride Snowboards to maximize brand exposure and sales globally. The Marketing Manager identifies the key communication vehicles (traditional, online, promotional) in the market and deploys all marketing collateral and assets for the global markets, relative to key brand messages and products. Manages marketing staff to ensure deadlines and brand goals are successfully met.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager is responsible for organizing and implementing all aspects of trade and consumer shows, for promotions and events, both on snow and off, including magazine tests/reviews, trade and consumer demos, retailer events, movie sponsorships, athlete appearances. Marketing Manager ensures the sales force has all the sell in and sell through tools they need to successfully sell and promote Ride.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Creative development
• Execution of brand vision
• Project & timeline management
• Create and deploy all global marketing collateral, POP, and advertising materials to market for Ride
• Develop and manage web/online strategy with brand director, including site launches, maintenance, on going online campaigns, etc.
• Strategize and coordinate annual marketing/promo calendar (including media buy, product launch, online and all related campaigns)
• Manage all aspects of Dealer catalog project, including management of design team, copy writing, pagination, key stories, deadlines, etc.
• Build merchandising plan for product development cycle and help manage graphic timelines and graphic buy off.
• Trade show booth planning and communication
• Order and manage all product necessary for trade shows, promotions, public relations, and events
• Support sales group with development and production of sales collateral materials, including but not limited to: catalog, sell in/out tools, POP, etc.
• Identify and fulfill all retail marketing and promotional requests
• Create regional events and promotions (retail or otherwise) and management
• Manage public relations efforts, including but not limited to: press releases, product tests, product reviews, editor relations, product pitches.
• Development of all regional creative and promotional needs

Qualifications:
• College Degree
• 5 Years Minimum experience in action sports industry
• Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm
• Good leader and team player
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and manage projects Self directed and motivated
• Possession of advanced computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe products
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Snowboarder
