Position Summary:
The Field Execution Specialist, reporting to the Brand Manager Field Execution, supports by submitting new ticket requests for event artworks and coordinating with cross-functional teams. To prioritize product sampling during key periods, allocate resources effectively, and ensure events reflect the desired look and feel. While not directly working in the field, the role focuses on evaluating past events, assessing the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the submission of event artwork requests by collaborating with creative teams to ensure all materials align with event goals. This involves understanding campaign needs and following up to meet deadlines. Role is critical in providing the field team with the necessary visual assets to execute events successfully.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure necessary assets, tracking and managing deliverables to ensure smooth field execution.
- Helps prioritize product sampling during key periods, allocates resources effectively, and ensures events reflect the desired look and feel.
- Evaluate past events by assessing their effectiveness and identifying successes and areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback for future improvements reporting findings to the Brand Manager Field Execution, and offer strategic recommendations for refining future field marketing initiatives.
Job Specifications:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other related fields.
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and operations
- Advanced in Microsoft office
- Highly Motivated self starter with a strong sense of urgency
Base Pay Range: USD $67,500 - USD $90,000 (+)
