INTERNSHIP ROLE

We are looking for a Field Marketing Intern to join VANS within VF EMEA Internship Program.

WHAT YOU WILL BE LEARNING

Product Marketing: 

!
Asset management, regular sharing of launch and campaign content & timelines with direct, indirect & distributor markets 

!
Field wholesale campaign delivery for primary markets (UK, FR, GAS, IT, IB)  

!
Endemic media print and digital campaign asset delivery 

!
In close partnership with: Field Marketing & Creative  

 

Seeding:  

!
Management of FOC (product seeding) process including the collation, processing and tracking of orders – training to be provided  

!
Seasonal timelines & guidelines for pre-orders 

!
In-season reactive seeding orders for field marketing team  

!
Monitor & track budgets 

!
In close partnership with: Field Marketing, PR & Influencer, Customer Service, Planning, Skate Team Managers & Marketing Ops 

 

Events:  

!
Ensure local and regional events calendar is up-to-date on a weekly basis 

!
Weekly internal sharing of comms related to events 

!
Support field marketing team with travel bookings through approved travel partner 

!
Onsite event support for regional & local events (up to 5 per year) 

!
In close partnership with: Field Marketing, Brand Management & Comms  

 

Reporting:  

!
Weekly collation and sharing of product marketing campaign coverage  

!
Monthly sharing of field marketing insights, including experiential & event trends, & competitor campaign launches across the region  

!
In close partnership with: Field Marketing  

 

Other:  

!
Support creative team to prepare and share seasonal showroom graphic packs  

!
Ad-hoc duties to support field marketing team, as aligned on with line manager  

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You are currently studying, or you have recently graduated (in 2023 only) – it’s a must.

!
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

!
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.

!
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.

!
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO

Start date: September 15th.

!
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.

!
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
