Reporting to the Web Director, the Online Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of online activities aimed at driving traffic and conversion to the online store. Media types will include but not limited to paid search, natural search (SEO), email (segmentation, personalization, messaging), banner campaigns, landing page optimization, social, and A-B multivariate testing. You will use your strong analytical ability to translate sales data and web analytics to actionable campaigns. This is key position in the online team responsible for delivering results that affect the bottom line directly.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Web Director to plan the business unit’s online demand generation strategy and have a hands on role in the execution of those activities.
• Work closely with the design team to generate assets to support driving traffic and seasonal messaging as well as external media.
• Manage paid search campaigns to optimize click through and conversion rate. Manage the keyword list plus related copy and testing.
• Ensure all landing pages are optimized for conversion and natural search.
• Maintain the existing email system database. Optimize the database for segmentation, personalization, messaging and manage the development of the calendar and content plan.
• Work closely with the Online Merchandiser and design team to create and maintain the content plan and calendar of seasonal and site updates that align with key product messages, online marketing, and ecommerce opportunities.
• Analyze site traffic, online campaigns, promotions, and report on results. Adjust marketing programs during their lifecycle to meet key performance metrics and goals.
• Work with Social Media Coordinator to leverage the medium to drive conversion.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years online marketing experience. Apparel or action sports experience a plus.
• Must have hands on experience in the planning and execution of paid search, SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization.
• Highly analytical and capable of pulling data from various resources and translating into trends, actionable plans, and reporting templates.
• Attention to detail and able to manage multiple project and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• High energy, can-do person who can operate in a fast-moving environment
