Your Sweaty Betty Journey:
! Finance lead for Sweaty Betty Wholesale, a $30m business with growth plans across the coming years
! Key finance relationship with the Sweaty Betty Wholesale leadership team ensuring finance are part of key business decisions including pricing sign offs, stock levels and sales discounting
! Ownership and responsibility for delivery and alignment across all Sweaty Betty of all aspects of the financial annual cycle quarterly forecasts, Plan and strategic plans
! Ownership and responsibility for delivery of month end including inputting journals to ensure an accurate P&L as well as reporting to Wholesale and Sweaty Betty leadership teams
! Ownership and responsibility for delivery of sales reporting to the wholesale leadership team including daily/ weekly updates and tracking against Plan / Forecasts etc
! Drive to understand all areas of the P&L and balance sheet (where relevant) including customer P&Ls, discounting, margins, freight and duty and marketing
! Be Sweaty Betty finance lead on SAP to report US Wholesale (and EU wholesale from Q4) and BC (Sweaty Betty ERP) ensuring underlying data is accurate including pricing / standard costs / margins are accurately flowing through the system
! Assist in the production of Pre Market presentations clearly communicating the financial targets to our Wholesale sales team
The Must Haves:
! A naturally curious and engaging individual, who can step back and consider the bigger picture
! Ability to embrace Ambiguity and adapt methods of thinking with a Can do and positive attitude
! Experience from a Brand / commercial finance setting (Wholesale experience essential)
! Strong attention to detail and analytics skills (Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential), with experience of preparing analysis, insight and recommendations
! Prior exposure to SAP (essential) and Business Central (desirable)
