Primary responsibilities include modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation & explanation, variance analysis, market analysis, & ad hoc financial analysis. An ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. Primary Functional Responsibilities ! Manage annual & quarterly budgeting process ! Support the accounting close by reviewing variances from forecast to identify any necessary adjustments to the financial statements ! Drive profitability & EBITDA through reporting initiatives ! Craft monthly KPI presentation to communicate business trends to senior leadership. ! Make recommendations for corrective actions by identifying gaps, trends, and areas of improvement in profitability of key customers & product families. ! Perform ad-hoc modeling, analysis, and segmented financial statement preparation as needed. Required Experience & Skills ! Minimum of 3 years of Financial Planning & Analysis or related experience required. ! Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ! Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) ! SQL experience preferred ! Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ! Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members from multiple internal departments (including senior leadership), challenging and developing others as appropriate !
