TERITORY:
San Diego / Orange County / Inland Empire

Job Summary:

Build sales and grow established territory, procuring new account base within territory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact existing customer list and present the TM line
• Research and contact new sales targets and identify decision maker at each
• Setup face to face meetings through cold calling and networking
• Develop new target accounts through research and networking of additional distribution channels
• Contact current accounts to build a database of qualified leads through referrals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including daily sales calls, weekly work plans and follow-up activities
• Assist with the logistics of all orders including securing account information, order, logo and embroidery approval and assurance of timely delivery of product
• Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction as well as maintaining the TM brand as the first choice on all event calendars
• Recommend changes in product mix, styling, and policy by evaluating feedback and competitive developments
• Assist to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Additional relationships within the golf industry a definite bonus
• Inherent ability in prospecting, negotiations and closing deals
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong self confidence
• Apparel industry experience preferred
