Globe Shoes is looking for a highly motivated designer to focus on the creation of footwear specific prints, material & color stories. This person will work closely with the Footwear Design Director and be an integral part of the Footwear Design team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop graphics, material & color stories for Footwear.

2. Be up to date on industry design trends.

3. Have a strong eye for detail while working in a fast paced environment.

4. Be able to provide development dept. with accurate technical specs for sampling and production.


Skill Requirements:
1. 2-3 Years career level experience in footwear or related design.

2. Proven, professional development, design and fashion experience.

3. Able to verbalize and otherwise communicate trend research and fashion direction.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.

5. Passion for Action Sports Industry a must.

6. Technical knowledge of footwear materials, fabrications, colors a plus.
