We are currently looking to add a hardworking International Sales Coordinator.
Duties:

• Process international distributor and international retailer purchase orders for seasonal pre-book orders and at once orders
• Ownership of international order file from receipt of purchase order, verifying pricing, entry into system, consolidation management, ensuring shipping dates, and specifying routing information.
• Act as a liaison between international distributors and retailers and Company’s factories and Credit Department to meet shipping deadlines.
• Assist credit department in ensuring that payment terms are being satisfied prior to shipment
• Work closely with Sales Management to track distributors sales and goal accomplishment
• Assist sales management in researching possible new business opportunities
• Work with marketing team to fulfill customer’s brand representation needs
• Liaise with distributors on a regular to assess their needs
• Assist distributor in planning in their forward business planning


Experience:
• 3 years in apparel and footwear sales or customer service
• A minimum of 3 years working with international customers
• Spoken ability in one or more Asian languages would be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
