One Distribution, home of Supra and KR3W, has an immediate opening
for a Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all shipping and logistical data between the factories and
our
International Partners
- Responsible for organizing and managing the movement of product
with
suppliers, freight forwarders, custom brokers, and receiving
warehouses
- Primary Logistics contact for all documents and communication.
- Coordinate and process UPC and ASN data for all shipments.
- Maintain International contact database
- Maintain International shipping logs and spreadsheets for constant
visibility.
- Negotiate shipping rates
- Manage all shipping documents
- Handle International billing for drop shipment
- Coordinate International order activity with Production and Sales
Departments


Experience
** Minimum 2-3 years of International Shipping experience.
** Must be very detail oriented and organized.
** Proficient and advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word.
** Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
** AS400/ACS and Filemaker experience a plus
