The General Manager, Partner Management Office is responsible for leading the vision, strategy and future capabilities of our Footwear Manufacturing in India to support Nike’s growth goal of 2x by 2030. You are a seasoned people and business leader, resourceful in the face of ambiguity and comfortable leading and driving change. This role leads (directly and indirectly) a diverse, cross functional team responsible for Innovation, Creation, Manufacturing and Sustainability aligned with our Footwear Factory Partners.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

- Lead the India manufacturing strategy, working with our footwear factory partners to scale their business in support of the Consumer Direct Acceleration and our 2030 growth targets of 2x fueled by leading edge capabilities in digital, innovation and sustainability.
- Lead the general management of our India operations including working with partners across workplace design and connectivity, human resource management, government public affairs and other enterprise functions.
- Collaborate, partner, and influence key stakeholders across Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, Consumer Create, Innovation, Sustainability, and Finance, to ensure world-class Manufacturing Partner performance.
- Oversee the financial strategy and investment requests across key stakeholders including innovation, product creation, sustainability, and manufacturing
- Manage and influence enterprise risk and resilience with our factory partners.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH

As the Footwear Partner Manager/General Manager for India you’ll be the point person for the Nike India Partner Management Office and report to the VP Global Footwear Manufacturing based in Singapore. On the daily you will be supporting a large, diverse team of Nike people who work across innovation, product creation, manufacturing and responsible sourcing, as well as managing the relationships with outside suppliers and vendors. You will be working closely with Accounting and Government Public Affairs teams.
