General Office Manager
* Accounts payable and receivable, preparing reconciliations & assisting with end of financial year accountant queries
* Administration including filing, word processing and monitoring telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
* Liaising with clients and consultants

* Creation and review of reports, presentations, proposals and all correspondence
* Review and improvement of office administration systems, including filing systems & document templates, shipping & receiving
* Domestic and international travel bookings for upper management
* Keeping the office tidy and organized

* Organising office functions & meetings
* Looking after the office when management is away
* May involve traveling with the team for events such as trade shows or promotional events
* Creating detailed data tables with Excel
* Market Research
* Managing Sales Programs
The successful candidate will possess:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Fast and accurate typing and data entry
* Minimum 3 to 4 years experience
* Experience within the fashion, tech, and or action sports industry
* High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* A dedicated approach to work and the ability to communicate on all levels
* Microsoft Office Suite skills mainly Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Quickbooks PC & MAC proficient
* Ability to work within deadlines under pressure
* A love for music
