Seea, a passion-forward, women-led swimwear company, is looking for a Global Accounts Manager to join our growing family! This is a full time, hybrid position, based in San Clemente, CA, with a minimum of 3 days in office.

POSITION SUMMARY //
The primary responsibility of the Global Accounts Manager is to energize our wholesale sales efforts and to review and expand our distribution strategy. This position includes direct account sales management, guidance and mentorship of in-house sales staff, and active management of our outside rep force.
The ideal candidate would be well connected within the surf, swim, and fashion spheres, with extensive sales experience and a broad knowledge of wholesale sales operations and order fulfillment processes. We’re seeking a team player who can efficiently supervise sales staff while inspiring active learning and individual growth.
This position requires a minimum of 3 days in office, plus travel to active accounts and tradeshows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Review existing distribution within surf / fashion / resort / outdoor tiers
• Identify expansion opportunities within each category
• Actively recruit new dealers / pre-orders for Resort / Spring 26 collection
• Review 2024 / 2025 sales data and trends
• Refine 2026 sales plan & forecasts incorporating distribution growth plan
• Work with reps to improve sales in existing sales territories
• Manage Sales Assistant work flows, including order entry, fulfillment, invoicing & RA’s
• Assist Marketing Manager with tradeshow booth visuals
• Manage tradeshow appointment schedule & pre / post appointment processes
• Key account line showings, service, and management, including A/O order support
• Plan and execute booking season sales loops with Sales Assistant
• Work with Brand & Ecomm managers on visual upkeep and accuracy of B2B site
• Day to day account management, as required
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE //
• 5+ years experience in wholesale sales / sales management roles
• Extensive understanding of wholesale sales processes
SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS //
• Minimum of 3 days in office required per week
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Shopify, Cin7, and Monday.com a plus
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong analytical skills
• 5+ years experience in wholesale sales / sales management roles
• Extensive understanding of wholesale sales processes
