Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining day-to-day account activities, from project planning to execution and reporting. The Account Executive manages and guides projects through the company to deliver
superlative client service and added value at every stage.
This position has a strong focus on sponsorship packaging and sales for related clients. The division has several clients that require the development, packaging, sales of event sponsorship programs and/or
endorsements. Growth of the division through the addition of new clients and opportunities through the sale of agency services is also required.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
* Manages and builds account relationships on a day-to-day basis as they specifically relate to sponsorship sales and endorsements
* Provides input to client marketing plans
* Develops new program proposals
* Communicates with the client on a daily (or as needed) basis in regard to ongoing and proposed programs
* Submits client reports that document all actions committed to the client
* Ensures that any commitments made to the client are exceeded
* Reviews communications between team members, departments and client
* Reviews materials to be presented to client
* Coordinates and manages prospect identification for sales of sponsorships, endorsements and agency services
* Manages packaging and development of sponsorship package assets
* Develops presentations for individual sponsorship programs
* Develops presentations for individual sales efforts
* Prepares client reports and sponsorship/sales forecasts
Qualifications:
* Position requires college degree and minimum of 4--6 years of related sales experience in media, sponsorship, event marketing, team marketing, or a relevant combination of education and experience
* Proficiency in sale of sponsorships, endorsements, and agency services
* Deep relevant knowledge of endurance and healthy-active space
* Proficient computer skills with an emphasis on presentation development
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to simultaneously manage multiple projects
* Strong initiative and commitment to accounts and agency
* Ability to work across multiple teams and with varying team members
* Ability to promptly respond to immediate client needs and requests

None
Percent Travel Required:
10-% --- 25%
