GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION MANAGER
The role of our Global Distribution Manager is to oversee, expand, and maintain relations with our international distributor accounts and increase our loyal following. This individual must reflect our intentions while channeling DEITY’s voice and outlook to all our partners.
This position is responsible for fostering and growing relationships with our global distributors, their sales representatives and retailers. This position is based in our Global Headquarters in Nampa, Idaho and requires local residence or relocation. Candidate will contribute to interactions with sales and marketing while specifically focusing on the highest level of customer service while increasing DEITY’s presence and brand value around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
· Primary focus on relationship growth and management
· Support a positive and motivating work environment
· Provide excellent communication and work in line with our distributors, retailers and sales representatives to elevate our brand potential and market share
· Monitor and create relevant file maintenance to manage orders and inventory levels within designated production schedules
· Expand distribution network to grow into key regions
· Process and grow brand recognition, language, and story with distributors and their sales reps
· Grow sales with all distributors
· Present the brand story, technology, product knowledge, sales tools, and more to distributor brand managers and their inside and outside sales divisions
· Understand regional markets, identify brand value, and build pricing structures
· Prepare quarterly reports to track distributor sales and projections
· Product presentations and event support may require travel
· Gather and organizing information for decision making related to sales requests, planning and pricing
· Create and manage distribution of sales tools, samples, pricelists, margins, and product presentations
POSITION INTERACTION
Communication within the company is critical. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing are critical to ensure a cohesive message and voice. Candidate must be eager to interact with all DEITY members and proactively seek opportunities to grow and benefit DEITY with a positive attitude while always looking after DEITY’s best interests. This role requires a deep understanding of DEITY values and a willingness to put in the work to articulate what makes DEITY amazing to people.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Customer service master and incredible ability to engage all types of people
· Magnetic personality
· Professional athletic experience and mindset a plus
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience, with some knowledge of international markets preferred
· Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work well in team environment
· Strong Communication Skills – written, verbal and video
· Ability to retain information and recall as needed
· Initiative, sense of urgency, proactive and attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
· Comfortable with Product and Sales Presentations
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator a plus, etc)
· Take on anything that comes your way – random projects and responsibilities are the norm here

- This is a full time salary position. Salary dependent on experience. Terms of employment are as follows -
o All travel and lodging costs will be covered by DEITY.
