RX Global Marketing Manager

The Global Marketing manager of RX will be responsible for executing the marketing plan. This position reports to the Global Marketing Director – Men’s Optics.



THE RUNDOWN

Contribute to the development and execution of RX marketing strategies - 30%

Support GMD in the establishment and articulation of the category positioning
Gather information to support the creation of meaningful consumer targets through consumer profiling and market studies
Gather, interpret and engage with Regions to understand commercial demands, regional nuances and the competitive set within the market
Collect and analyze competitor attributes and relevance to ensure we separate and develop a distinct POV
Maintain a deep understanding of the industry landscape for marketing RX frames & lenses to both the end consumer and ECP (Eye Care Professional)
Manage the B2B & B2C marketing calendar through understanding of product deliveries, consumer & account purchase patterns and channel messaging orchestration.
Execute objectives and goals outlined in marketing strategy
Manage and drive marketing plan and global execution of marketing concepts and campaigns - 70%

Give input to the GMD to create annual marketing strategies, plans and budgets
Determine how to effectively deliver the marketing plan and assets globally, for both B2B and B2C needs
Managing the asset plan that supports the strategy across global teams including: trade marketing, product, Ecomm., Sports Marketing, Web, Brand Communications, CRM, Training, Sales and Regions.
Develop annual and seasonal stories
Brief cross functional teams for plan development against key objectives
Develop and deliver content plan to support the marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C needs
Asset development and distribution to various teams for cohesive brand expression across multiple mediums
Drive teams in the delivery of campaigns to consumers, customers, and regions
Consolidate marketing and sales best practices by region to identify and leverage opportunities for future execution
Develop and present all marketing materials in a holistic view for GMD & VP approvals to ensure vision is executed pand goals are achieved
