Global Pro Business Manager


The Role:

Helly Hansen is seeking a driven and strategic leader to oversee our Global Pro and Discount Program business. This role is responsible for scaling and evolving our Pro Program—engaging professionals like ski patrollers, mountain guides, search and rescue teams, and ski instructors who rely on our gear in their everyday work and serve as brand evangelists in the field.


In addition to building authentic engagement with this professional network, the role will manage our Discount Program (serving healthcare workers, military personnel, and first responders) and drive performance as a key revenue contributor to our global e-commerce business.


The ideal candidate will blend brand stewardship with business acumen—recognizing the importance of cultivating long-term relationships with our most trusted users while delivering on commercial goals.


This person will work cross-functionally with brand, e-commerce, and in-country teams, while also managing external vendors and partners. With significant opportunity for international growth, particularly across Europe, this role will help shape the future of Helly Hansen’s professional community across markets.


This is a 6-month temporary role designed to support and accelerate our Pro and Discount Program initiatives during a key period of growth. It offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-visibility part of our business, working closely with internal teams and external partners across North America and Europe. This position reports to the Sr. Director, E-Commerce, North America and is based in Denver, CO.


Specific responsibilities will include:

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Helly Hansen’s Global Pro and Discount Programs

• Drive membership growth and engagement with professionals aligned to our brand mission, “Trusted by Professionals”

• Manage and optimize business performance through reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across North America and Europe

• Collaborate with digital, brand, customer service and in-country teams to deliver a best-in-class experience • Oversee application and approval workflows to ensure legitimacy, scale, and alignment with program goals

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies tailored to Pro and Discount audiences

• Partner with e-commerce and planning teams to align inventory strategies and revenue planning

• Identify new partnership opportunities with outdoor organizations, professional associations, and brand advocates

• Manage and coordinate with external vendors and tools that support program operations and marketing

• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and customer experience across global


The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or loyalty program management

• Experience managing professional or membership programs a plus

• Strong business and financial acumen—able to analyze data and translate into actionable strategies

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfort working across global time zones and navigating cultural nuance • Experience with Salesforce, Magento, or other CRM/eComm platforms a plus
