As ERP Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of ERP projects are planned and executed in a manner that will lead to meeting the implementation goals within the established timeframe and budget to a high degree of end user satisfaction. You will manage projects, as well as perform functional database administration duties approximately 40% of the time.
An understanding of the Full Circle ERP and its related technologies a plus. Although not typically involved in the actual configuration and customization process, you will ensure the technical and application consulting resources are successfully executing on the established project plan. You will work closely with the IT Director and end users to ensure successful completion of the implementation of ERP projects.
In addition to ERP project management, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of reporting tools to support departmental information requirements.
Due to the technical knowledge needed for this role, ONLY candidates with previous ERP/Database project management and report development experience will be selected for interviews
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the (ERP) strategy and operations for the company
• Provide ERP system support companywide
• Analyze business processes on a departmental level and integrate system solutions.
• Maintain, build, and develop reporting tools for the company.
• Documentation & User Training
o Educate the company on the various features and capabilities of Full Circle
o Provide internal user support
• Create objectives and key performance indicators to measure ERP effectiveness
• Perform the day-to-day management of customization and maintenance contracts with Innovative Systems, LLC, the ERP service provider
Requirements:
• BS or BA degree in Information Technology from a four-year college or university and
• Four to six years related systems design/programming experience
• Experience with Innovative Systems and Full Circle a plus
• Apparel industry experience a plus
• 3 years direct experience in software application design, development and/or programming and/or database administration and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to define and articulate strategic or tactical plans.
• Ability to work well with people at all levels of the business.
• Effective presentation, oral and written communications skills.
