Job Title: Teva Associate Marketing Manager – Go To Market
Location: Goleta, CA
Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager of Go To Market, the Associate Marketing Manager supports the Teva brand’s Go To Market efforts by driving key short and long term objectives across Retail, PR and Media buying.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development and execution of retail programs, advertising programs, collateral and selling materials to ensure program objectives and goals are being met, and that timely adjustment is possible. Responsible for evaluating reaction at the retail and consumer level.
• Coordinates Public Relations activities with internal PR team and agencies to ensure proper presentation of the brand. Responsible for order entry of Public Relations product.
• Manages Pro Purchase programs, including the development of communication calendar, target audience and monthly reporting focused on program progress, ROI and opportunities.
• Assists in the development and execution of short and long range marketing plans and programs including overseeing all promo items, promotions programs and sales contests.
• Collaborates with Brand Ambassador and marketing team to execute regional promotions and create useful tools that drive department objectives.
• Assists in monitoring competitor landscape and consumer insights at retail so that changing market opportunities are recognized and exploited.
• Collaborates with internal content team to drive regional and national planning and execution.
Education/Experience/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years marketing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Ability to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to assist with event and promotion execution
• Knowledge of current trends
• Exceptional attention to detail
