Marquee Brands is seeking self-starter, enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join its Body Glove team. The graphic designer-branding/design plays a critical role in the design and management of Body Glove’s identity. The position works closely with all members of the executive and marketing teams to develop and implement branding guides, seasonal trend guides, product packaging, graphic and textile development, and retail brand exposure. This role also provides support to internal business development and licensees by developing impactful presentations and brand sales materials. This position will be responsible for staying current on trend design and assist licensees in developing brand relevant packaging for both hard and soft lines.

Here’s what you will do here
Brand and Licensing Support
-Design and prepare custom brand presentation for licensees and retailers
-Update Branding and Logo Style guide as needed
-Design and develop appropriate retail merchandising & POP guide to support licensees and retailers
-Work directly with licensees to develop instore merchandising options including PDQs, end caps and signage
-Provide creative insight and direction for collaborations
-Relationship management with key licensees stakeholders
Product & Packaging Development
-Responsible for design, development, and implementation of 2 seasonal trend guides (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter). The guide encompasses all brand and should be applicable to hard and soft lines.
-Lead trend inspiration research and stay up to date on all design trends
-Responsible for building all graphic and repeat pattern assets to include in each seasonal trend guide
-Responsible for the development and distribution of the packaging guide
-Support licensees on the development of packaging concepts and designs as needed
-Responsible for packaging approvals
-Assist in product graphic approvals
-Assist marketing team on design and sourcing of promotional products as needed (stickers, tees, sweatshirts, and hats)
Creative Asset Management:
-Organize and manage asset all creative assets on Box.com
-Manage and track packaging approvals on box.com with all licensees
You’re going to need this to carry out this job
-Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or relevant field preferred but not required
-Strong portfolio demonstrating skilled textile design and graphics background
-2-3 years graphic design/illustration experience
-Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
-Strong typography skills
-Desire to own projects and see them through to completion
-Video editing skills a plus
-Team and results oriented
-Passion for actions sports/ outdoor lifestyle
-Occasional travel required
