About Us:

We are a growing performance activewear brand based in Newport Beach, CA, catering to both DTC customers and B2B clients with custom-branded blank apparel solutions. Our studio specializes in creating high-quality, design-forward garments for fitness, sport, and influencer brands and corporate programs. We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team and support a wide range of graphic needs, apparel prints, and packaging to social media assets.

Position Overview:

You’ll be responsible for designing visual assets across various customer needs, ranging from apparel graphics and branding to print collateral and digital/social content. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background in sport and activewear, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design custom graphics for apparel, including screen prints and heat transfers

● Create and manage design files, ensuring production readiness and accuracy for various decoration methods

● Develop mockups and visual presentations for client approvals

● Collaborate with internal sales and production teams to understand client requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions

● Maintain and evolve brand identity systems across product lines

● Support in-studio & lifestyle content creation, including social media graphics/reels, email visuals, packaging elements, and line sheets

● Stay current with design trends in activewear, fitness, and streetwear to keep our creative output fresh and competitive

Required Qualifications:

● 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in activewear or sportswear

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW is a plus

● Strong portfolio showcasing custom apparel graphics and print design

● Understanding of screen printing and embellishment applications

● Experience with creating tech packs for t-shirts, printables

● Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout design

● Ability to take direction and feedback, while also contributing original ideas

● Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail

● Able to work full-time on-site in Newport Beach, CA

Preferred Skills:

● Experience working with DTC and B2B brands

● Experience with tech packs or fashion flat drawings
