This position requires someone strong in both graphic design as well as photography to support our manufacturing business as well as our three in-house brands; Tailored Union, Pointe Studio and Shashi. The ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that isn’t afraid to try new things, come up with new solutions, and enjoys working with multiple brands which have different design aesthetics.
POSITION PURPOSE.
This role is to improve our content creation and digital presence for the B2C and B2B aspects of our business; by supporting our sales and marketing team while working with our creative director to ensure brand continuity. This role will include but not limited to: sales and marketing materials, print and digital ads, event, product photography, lifestyle photography, design assets as well as tech packs and web asset support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
• Create digital media advertising assets for social, email, web, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Create event marketing assets for print and digital distribution
• Product photography and editing for ecommerce and digital assets
• Edit and resize photos for different B2B and B2C platforms based on specific requirements
• Organize and maintain our asset library
• Maintain brand consistency set by our Creative Director
• Support product team with tech pack creation
• Assist with website edits
Requirements:
• Must live in the San Diego area
• Adobe Suite Proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficient in topography and graphic communication
• Experience with Figma
• Experience designing assets specifically for social media
• Experience with both product and lifestyle photography
• Experience with photo editing in Photoshop / Lightroom
• Passion for consumer products
• Willingness to try new things, take feedback and not afraid to fail
