Key accountabilities?
This position is responsible for planning and implementing the Celebrity, Influencer and KOL activity plans in an effective and efficient manner.?
S/he should define PR plans with Celebrity&Influencer Relationship Manager in consistency with the international brand strategy and local business objectives.?
Work with Celebrity&Influencer Relationship manager to help determine measurable campaign objectives and KPI?
Research, source and find the best celebrity, influencer and KOL for upcoming projects, matching the talent with the brief.?
Manage Celebrity /Influencer and KOL dressing, shooting and gifting for PR event and PR activities.?
Monitor Celebrity, Influencer and KOL performance.?
Conduct competitive analysis and formulate reports.?
Compile and execute reports to HQ and for internal communication.?
Work collaboratively with HQ and US team and cross-functional colleagues to drive company and department objectives.?
Build good relationships with stylist and agents and manage from ordering talent to final reports.?

Minimum Qualifications?
Strong interpersonal skills and curiosity about both fashion and entertainment industry including celebrity, influencer and KOL demographics and trends.?
Technical understanding of and interest in the major social media platforms and their best practices.?
Ability to strategically recommend breakthrough programs leveraging celebrity, influencer and KOL.?
Ability to analyze data and think logically.?
Possession of a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.?
Flexible and open-minded, with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.?
Proficient in English, able to interact with Milan headquarters and US Worldwide Entertainment Industry Relations.?
