Key Accountabilities
Independently manage and deliver effective development and implementation of Consumer data analyses, data collection systems related to the Global and Region Customer Engagement (CE) 25.0 KPIs that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Confidently interpret consumer analysis results using statistical techniques & actions to reach the corporate CE KPIs focus and target (golden rule) in the financial year for the region and individual markets/stores/CAs.
Understand and analyse client targeting, including how to prioritize and group accounts according to opportunity, buyer need, persona and buying cycle stage to develop the optimal tactic to reach the global and regional CE goals.
Proactively generate and share the monthly CE 25.0 executive summary with analysis and actions plans in sync with other internal related department for local management review (i.e., finance control, CE 25.0 Segmentation overview, CE monthly newsletter and Retail Clienteling report)
Work closely with the Brand and Customer Engagement teams for consumer insights, research, tracking and analytics, he/ she will partner with retail, business control/finance team to evaluate and answers relevant consumer analytics business related questions. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Proactively work with Customer Engagement, Retail, Training/relevant department to roll out acquisition and retention programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team across the region/market.
Omnichannel / e-marketing Clienteling analytics with co-relationship to ecommerce, DOS and travel retail base.
The realization of all Consumer analysis (standard and ad-hoc)
Consolidate and analyse consumer behaviors through pre and post activity sales data and prepare client retention and required sales reports; post activations/activities analysis
Provide biweekly & monthly reports for business review; and ad-hoc customer insight reports to support other internal department
Collaborate with Senior CE Manager to coach & Train users on Client Engagement Applications such as Klienteling Web, Client Journey, Dashboard, DCC tools (mostly Retail) and on Marketing Campaigns Management
Lead and guide Regional CE AssociateTo ensure local data collection is compliant with data protection regulations, quality of data collection
To support the Data Quality Management – Data Cleansing & Deduplication, review & comment on periodic data quality report from Corporate etc.
On Direct Mail Management – Generate mailing lists in compliance with corporate guidelines, establish campaigns & run analysis

Requirements
Functional
Minimum Tertiary Education – Diploma/Bachelor’s degree: business & economics background / ICT for business & economics / statistic
7-8 years in Luxury Retail particularly in CRM preferred & working in a multicultural retail environment
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Solid grasp of the consumer marketing analytical structure, data measurement models and targeted based consumer behaviours strategies
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and content mapping to the client purchaser’s journey
Technical expertise regarding database design development, data mining, segmentation techniques and excel formulation to create pivot/dashboard report.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Exceptional organizational project, multitasking and people management skills with attention to detail, discipline to follow established policies and processes effectively under stress
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, Salesforce, Klienteling web, DCC, Siebel, etc)
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
Experience in supporting regional markets
Proficient in Microsoft Office esp. Powerpoint & Excel as well as Other presentation software
Good Eyes for Details esp. Numbers & Analytical.
