Key Accountabilities:
Develop, implement and manage the community of artists and mega fans of our various NFT activations;
Develop and implement community building strategy
Create innovative activations to foster deeper relationships with the artists
Manage regular correspondences with our artist partners through email, Discord, and other platforms;
Stay on the bleeding edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies;
Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals;
Monitor artist engagement and suggest content optimization;
Communicate with fans, influencers and other partners/collaborators to increase our network;
Provide constructive feedback;
Projects data analysis and KPIs monitoring to further optimize the strategy;
Support management of dream big projects, not necessarily connected to community building
Key Requirements
Experience with community building and managing crypto communities
Experience with NFTs
Excellent knowledge of email best practices
Deep experience with Discord
Experience with digital and in-person event planning a plus
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management skills.
Pro-active and able to show initiative and deliver innovative ideas which constantly improve the global customer experience.
Team player and able to build good professional cross-functional relationships with peers and team management in multicultural and fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with proven ability to communicate with senior global stakeholders
Genuine passion for luxury and fashion world, commitment to the Gucci brand
English spoken and written is mandatory
Italian spoken is a plus
