We are looking for an EMEA HR Performance and Reward Manager directly reporting to the EMEA Chief People Officer.
He/she will be responsible for developing and managing HR data analytics and compensation and benefits for the EMEA Region that align with the organization's goals and support its overall talent management efforts, aligning with the business and people strategy and the Global Compensation guidelines and grides.
Key Accountabilities
Primary point of reference for HR to ensure Total Rewards related topics are effectively designed, communicated and implemented
Analyze and provide insights about Retail Incentive Scheme for the EMEA population enhancing data-informed decision making process
Analyze market data to ensure a competitive positioning and effective management of Salary Review and Bonus processes for EMEA team
Monitor the Regional organizational evolution to ensure a constant and effective banding framework implementation
Primary point of reference for HR data quality and consistency
Analyze and provide insights on HR metrics and KPIs, facilitating data-informed decision-making for the EMEA HR team and Management on all people-related matters.
Deliver strategic recommendations to EMEA leadership on HR-driven business decisions.
Assist in the preparation and presentation for Business Review meetings.
Collaborate with the Finance Department on effective labor cost management.
Oversee the adoption and efficient use of HRIS solutions across the EMEA region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
8 + years of experience in HR data analysis and compensation and benefits administration or related HR roles
Deep knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations of EMEA markets
Key Competencies:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Digital attitude
Experience with Workday or other HCM systems is a plus
Good MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of the People function and processes
Fluent in spoken and written English
