Based in the London, the Entertainment Industry Relations Manager for Northern Europe will be reporting to the Director, Entertainment Industry Relations, EMEA and working in close collaboration with the  WW Entertainment Industry team  to develop, align and amplify the impact of our entertainment Industry relationships across Northern Europe. The primary focus will be to develop and enhance Gucci’s presence and relationships in the fashion, entertainment, art and sports industries across the territories and to execute strategies and initiatives that will bring visibility to the brand with the intention of helping drive retail sales and brand awareness. 
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage Norther Europe EIR office and in the managing, identifying and cultivate industry relationships both for the brand in film, television, music, art, sports, and social to amplify Gucci’s presence, messaging, initiatives, and objectives both locally and around the world
Manage UK EIR budget
Work with the Director for EIR EMEA on engagement and strategies for existing and new talent Ambassadors in Northern Europe in film/TV, music and sport
Develop and build local relationships with UK based stylists, managers and agents of talent that support our regional brand strategy
Support Global efforts to ensure a Northern Europe has a key voice not only in EMEA but within our global institutional strategy
Work with Director of EIR EMEA on regional image events and execution for the area of Entertainment Industry Relations including but not limited to end-to-end management of, guest list development, artist performances, host selection, and dressing and product placement strategy.
In collaboration with Comms & PR, support with implementing tailored journeys for our top regional talent across the calendar year including product, seeding, media & engagement opportunities.
Work in close collaboration with the WW Entertainment Industry team on product and look selection for regional fittings with Northern Europe based talent for event’s, red carpets and season Gucci fashion show attendance.   Plan and execute fittings with talent.
Work with Director, EIR EMEA on guest list selection for seasonal fashion show invites, plan fittings and oversee and execute talents travelling itineraries when travelling for such shows or global image events
Key Requirements
3 years of related experience in Fashion/Luxury Brands, Cosmetics, Entertainment, PR Agency
VIP Experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pre - existing relationships and contacts in the entertainment/fashion industry.
Strategic thinker able to research new talent in order to reinforce Gucci’s presence in the fashion, entertainment and art communities.
Must possess the utmost in professionalism and social skills
Comfortable networking within the entertainment, fashion, music, art, sports and other cultural influencer areas.
Ability to multi-task and be organised in a fast-paced everchanging environment.
Self-starter and able to take initiative.
Works well under pressure with multiple deadlines, often with minimal timeframes.
Must be a highly effective communicator and able to work cross-functionally with various internal teams, both domestic and international.
Flexibility with ever-changing schedule and able to travel as necessary
