(Sr) Event manager will work with Associate Director of Communication to create and maintain a favorable brand image of the brand by planning and execution of brand image related event. The role needs to build integrated brand image and project strategy to meet the brand’s good cause and its targeted image.
Key Responsibilities
1.Budget
-Annual budget (FC1 / FC2) management & development
-Monthly expense check & review (ledger)
-Estimate & cost/expense handling for Comm/ Brand image events
2.Event/Project planning/ Execution
2.1) Overall Event Strategic plan / execution for:
- Product launch event
- Campaign launch event
- Offsite collection preview event including High Jewelry
- Special collaboration project
- Celebrity photocall event in both within the store & off-site
- Opening or Closing party for exhibition Offsite store
2.2) Agency bidding
- Conduct agency bidding for required project/event
- Care of contract and negotiation
2.3) Reporting: Consolidate the result and revise all event-related report
2.4) Develop yearly communication plan (event, product launch, etc.) /
Production / proposal / WW post-release, post-event reports
2.5) Overseeing selective Client Events to ensure brand alignment. (Detailed scope to be discussed)
3.People management
3.1) Check and manage the task / job allocation & status of PR Event team staff
3.2) Supervise agency
Key Requirements
-Over 10 years relevant experience, preferably in luxury and retail industry
-Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude
-Excellent planning, organization skills with a drive to meet tight deadlines and budgets
-Strong interpersonal & communication skills
-A good team player
