Inside the Client Engagement department, you will be managing the Client Experience team. The mission is to support the development and innovation of new cross-channel surprise & delight concepts including our high end universe. The Client Experience Manager will coordinate client’s Brand experience concepts, guaranteeing alignment with the brand creative direction along with guaranteeing the consistency of our global clients experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Be the connection point between the business and Client Experience part of the Client Engagement team, effectively managing the relationship with internal and external stakeholders (ex. creative agencies)
Collect Regional & Corporate requirements in structured briefs
Translate business needs into a creative approach, effectively managing a diverse set of stakeholders
Develop concepts for Brand Experiences, High End universe and new surprise & delight experiences
Track implementation of high-end events globally, focusing on client KPIs in accordance with client engagement strategic direction
Elevate client touchpoints on an international and regional level through client experience guidelines and implementation
Develop the gifting catalogue and local festivities gifts with the ideation of new opportunities
Coordinate the approval process
Harmonize experience quality and variety across all formats: physical events, remote & digital experiences, gifts
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record in:
Physical / Digital / Remote experiences concept development and coordination
Cultivating and enhancing High End experiences in the luxury industry
Global and regional experience creating and implementing elevated client experiences
Track record on growing top client segments through high-end product events and international brand moments
+5 years experience with some team management experience
International experience
Approach based on KPI and proven ROI
Problem solver, able to find creative solutions developing new concepts with the aim to engage clients
Led to act by learning from experiences
Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
Optimistic, open minded and creative spirit
Great communication and team player skills
Fluent in English
