Role Mission:

Gucci Tech Data and Analytics RTW Manager is the reference of RTW industrial stakeholders for main data projects, support decisions making and strategic solutions in data and analytics.
The position will require management expertise on leading developing resources, industrial knowledge and excellent soft skills in order to manage and support multi department discussions
The role has to support all the Data And Analytics areas in order to guarantee the strategic planning, procurement and contract, efficiency, business oriented approach, improving continuously the level of services
Key Accountabilities
Knowledge owner of RTW processes to support fast growing Company
Responsible for translating Business use cases into consistent analysis
Responsible for overseeing and managing Data and Analytics IT operational activities, in order to assure stability, consistency of data, flow and Analytics solutions
He/She has to manage external team in order to accomplish data and analytics activities (in terms of content, time, cost and quality)
He/She has to oversee systems complexity (SAP, Production ..) and related Tech owners (Kering, GG Tech) for data integration
Proposing solutions and approaches that best fit a specific need or proactively proposing improvements belonging to his/her area of expertise
He/She has to oversee design of Business Intelligence projects and develop dashboards and operations for reports
Managing and supervising day by day activities carried out by suppliers
The role has to guarantee smooth and efficient interactions among Tech areas (integration, architect, visualization) in order to get results under standard and governance point of view.
He/She has to be the POC for the entire RTW area in order to manage  KPI performance operations dashboard for vendor, production and logistics area.
Requirements
7+ years in Luxury/Fashion sector
7+ years in IT Service Maintenance
7+ years in process analysis and evolution, especially in the world of supply chain planning and control
7+ years in supplier management and coordination
Good knowledge of the end-to-end Order to Delivery process for cross-categories in luxury and fashion industry.
In-depth knowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices
In-depth knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies and involvement in or managed large-sized cross-functional projects in Supply Chain, Planning and Control in large and complex companies
Expert in systems integration logics
Expert in functional and technical architecture of infrastructures and platforms.
Second Level Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines;
Strong analytical skills;
Fluent English required, spoken and written;

Technical skills:
Good understanding of relational databases, SQL syntax and SQL Programming;
Deep knowledge of Business intelligence Application landscape and products, especially Tableau, PowerBI will be a plus
Statistical skills will be a plus.
Experience on data engineering and algorithms related processes
Preference will be given to candidates with an additional knowledge of RTW processes.
